I made the Help's version because I already had the unsweetened cocoa and the other ingredients on hand. I cooked mine 45 minutes, but I think it could have stood a little longer because the inside was more thick pudding like than the normal fudge-like texture. I will have to try again! Quick question if you see this...do you pre-bake your crust? The Helps directions say to and my pie crust package said to, but even coverin the edges with foil they got pretty done.
