Key Lime Pie
- 5 egg yolks
- 1-14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- graham cracker crust
2. Beat 5 eggs lightly. Add can of condensed milk and key lime juice. Beat until just mixed.
3. Pour into graham cracker crust (you can buy this already made or make your own...whichever you prefer).
4. Bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool and refridgerate for a few hours before eating.
Garnish: I top mine with a squirt of whipped cream and almond slices.
And before anyone asks, NO, regular Persian limes are not the same thing as key limes. You can use whatever lime you feel like using but it's not truly key lime pie unless you use key lime juice. You can buy key lime juice concentrate if you don't want to squeeze the limes yourself.

Looks Yummy! I had no idea how easy Key Lime Pie would be so easy to make!
