I'm still recuperating from a long weekend in New Orleans with some of my favorite ladies.
We ate amazing food. Including beignets. Twice. And a memorable dinner at Commander's Palace. Bought beautiful new shoes.
Saw an unbelievably gorgeous girl get married to a very sweet man. Still dreaming about that chocolate-whatever-it-was-with-the-long-spoon. I'll let her share pics first.
Experienced a little Nola flava via hysterical street performers, artists and piano bars.
Any trip with these girls is one to be remembered. Unfortunately Pretty in Pink Meg's car was stolen from the valet lot at the hotel on Saturday and a cabbie threatened to pull a gun on us when I asked if he wanted to play cash cab. I think our next trip will be to Charleston- we need a little purification after this weekend.
